Ordering, Shipping, Return, and Store Policies:
- Your Credit Card Charge will appear under Smart Support, Inc..
- Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a California address.
- We cannot ship to a PO box.
- Shipping rates apply to the continental United States. For shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the United States, please call us or we will contact you upon receipt of order.
- Returns:
- a) Our products may be returned within 30 days of the date of your receipt of your order for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges, if product is unused, all packaging is intact, and return is authorized in advance by calling 714-573-1569.
- b) Our products may be returned for replacement of the product within one month of the date of shipment for physical defects in construction, not including misuse or unusual use beyond the instructions for the product. Smart Support, Inc. reserves the sole right of determination if a defect is covered under this return policy. Returns must be authorized in advance by calling: 714-573-1569.
- Smart Support, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for any product.
